I certainly hope you recognize what a treasure you have with Patty Johnson. She is a one-in-a-million representative for your company. I have known her since she worked for [another] dealership in Georgetown many years ago. Recently I leased a 2011 Buick Lacrosse from you. Since I brought it home I have had a problem with the lumbar seat performance. It would not retract enough to keep that big bulge from hurting my back. When I drove the car, pain pills were required. If you're interested in the whole story, I'll leave it to Patty to provide you with the details. However, thanks to Patty's ingenuity and efforts, the seat in my car was changed today and I am one very happy customer. It was a bad seat. That is difficult to prove. Patty knew I am not a chronic complainer and set out to resolve the problem. She is also a wonderful sales person which I am sure is reflected in her sales performance. You are to be congratulated for your organization and for Patty and for all the other employees who obviously aim to please the customers.

A few days ago I purchased a used Chevrolet Aveo LS from a distant dealer. Today, I had an appointment with your Service Department to ostensibly correct a gear shift problem. Service Advisor, Bryan Reynolds convinced me that the suspected breakdown was probably "driver induced" and not mechanical. He reinforced his analysis with his personal testing. We agreed that any further testing for the time being was not necessary. Bryan displayed a very helpful, interested manner in handling my dilemma. I noticed an award on the counter commending him for "Top Honors" in GM Service. From my initial encoutner with him, I can readily understand such recognition.

It has been a pleasure meeting and dealing with Salesman Daniel Jones at Lewes Auto Mall, where my husband and I purchased a new Buick Enclave.
Daniel was not pushy, but laid out all the facts on service, fees and discounts offered.
We were allowed to test drive any vehicle we were interested in. Once we had made the purchase, Daniel took all the time needed to go over all the operating functions of the car, which was extremely helpful to me.

I took my wife's car, a 2002 Honda CRV, into your body shop on September, 6th for repairs to the damage on the left rear door. I discussed the repairs with Mr. Tony Norwood who was very professional and extremely helpful. I was able to pick up the car on Friday the 10th. The body shop did an exceptional job making the CRV look like brand new. You are very fortunate to have such an employee as Tony Norwood to deal with your customers. I would not hesitate to tell all my friends that need body work to make sure they contact Mr. Norwood. I think you should definitely know that he is an asset to your company. If you have Employee of the Month, I wish to submit Bryan Reynolds as an outstanding example of such. When I came to Rehoboth seven years ago, I met him as service advisor on the GMC side. When he moved to the Chevy side, there was no doubt that my Envoy was going to follow him to that side of service. He is rare because he combines these traits: he is personable, he is truthful and honest, and doesn't resort to obfuscation, he knows his stuff (his vehicles). Too often with service advisors, they know the paper work, but they don't know the vehicles they are dealing with. For all of these virtues, Bryan is rare and outstanding.
