Rob Fowler was the sales rep I first connected with when I called in for an appointment to see a car. Rob did a great job of showing me the cars I wanted to see, and answered all my questions. I was not pressured to buy a car, but I did buy a 2024 Buick Enclave from the lot as it met my needs for what I wanted in a new car. My follow-up after the sake has been good, and I hope that continues in the future as I bring my car back for regular service. Thanks.

Caitlyn, our sales person was great to deal with. She was quick to respond to whatever questions we had and her availability met our needs. Penni (sp?) our finance person was also great, we have worked with her before and she is efficient, knows us and our needs/wants and expedited the process of signing for our vehicle. My only "could do better"comment is that of the time it took to wait to get to see Penni at the dealership.

As usual it was a very efficient, streamlined process. Having purchased two vehicles at IG Burton in Lewes, I highly recommend them to anyone who asks. The service dept. is very accomodating. The communication technoligy they use is first rate notifying me via text of each step of the process from check in to completion of the service on our cars.

I didn’t have an appointment or service done on 4/1/24. I had been waiting and waiting for a back order part to come in and never heard back from the parts department. I took my car to Heritage Chevrolet of Owings Mills and had the work done. I called them and they got the special order part within 24 hours and called me and got me in the next day.

Radio module was bad. It was replaced with a reconditioned one and that was never disclosed to me. For $600 I would expect new since new on the internet sell for about $350.. ( I learned it was used when I switched it to serios xm.) I thought by law you need to disclose this.
