Matt Stanton always takes care of the service on my Acadia. He is very professional and my truck is always repaired on a timely basis. Yesterday, there was a nail in a rear tire. Matt checked it out and determined it had gone thru and was close to the wall. The tire was in stock and replaced at that time. I was very pleased to get a new tire and back on the road within a short period of time. Matt takes care of the folks who are fortunate to have him as their service representative.

Arrived just before my appointment and my service was completed very quickly, got a text when it was ready to be picked up. Bonus there was no bill, apparently GM covers the first oil change. Only thing I missed from my previous Buick dealer was that they always washed and vacuumed the car after the service.

I was impressed with how quick they completed the repairs on my truck. I dropped it off on Monday morning, was told it would take 4 days to a week, and it was finished by Thursday afternoon, that I could pick it up before going back to work that day. My truck looks amazing inside and out. I wasn't expecting it to be detailed inside, that was an added welcome surprise. I got choked up when I saw how beautiful it looked. I have nothing but praise for the whole staff at IG Burton. If I could share my only complaint, it would be that you don't have loaner vehicles when service is being done for people like me who work and only own one vehicle. I had a vehicle to use this time because of insurance do to a deer hitting me. Get that fixed and I won't have any complaints.
