What to do Following an Accident
Contrary to common belief, your first contact following any vehicle damage should not be to your insurance carrier. Insurance carriers are bottom line oriented. This means that their first concern is controlling every aspect of the claim process. The purpose in this is to manage the cost of the claim. Cost, while important to us, is the result of the proper and complete repair of your vehicle.
Our extensive years of business experience with insurance companies and their ever-changing policies, assures that your insurance claim will be most efficiently managed to benefit YOU! We are your advocates. In event of an accident:
- Call Nucar’s Lewes Automall (302-645-6221)
- If your vehicle is drivable bring it to our facility.
- If it's not drivable, use our 24 hour tow service (302-644-2869) and we will come to the accident scene and retrieve your vehicle.
Unlike most collision shops (which may have to send the vehicle elsewhere for mechanical repairs), we are a full service diagnostic and repair facility which assures that all the mechanical operations in addition to the collision repair are performed by ASE certified and licensed repair technicians.
