I couldn't be happier with IG Burton's service on my car. They were very thorough with everything they fixed on my car. They replace a lot of parts and only had it for a day and a half. I will not take my car anyplace else to be worked on. I only wish I knew the mechanics name so I could thank him peronally!!
I came in for an oil change and when checking my truck records, they found that I needed some warranty maintenance done. I was told what it would cost and everything that needed done. I asked how long it would take, was given about 2 hr window. I explained that I had to be done by 2 pm so I could go home and change for work and be at work by 2:45 pm. Around 1:30 I asked my service rep if they were close to being done with the service, he was just going to check on that. He came back told me another 20 mins, and paperwork, I was out of there before 2 pm and on my way. I am very pleased with the service I received. I like having my vehicles serviced by a dealer because they know exactly what it needs. I have already recommended and will continue to recommend IG Burton to everyone I know.

As far as maintenance department is concerned, I.G. burton ( Lewes ), is A#1 in my book. The staff is very courteous, helpful and keeps you up to date as you are waiting. It is obvious that the maintenance staff is very professional and knowledgeable. You know when the job is completed, that your vehicle has been given 1st class service. Special recognition to Mr.Matt Stanton. Excellent employee, who cares about you and your vehicle.
I purchased a 2020 Canyon Denali truck from I.G. Burton in August of 2020. Dana Cera was the sales representative on that vehicle. He also knew about my interest in the new C8 Corvettes. The long lead-time from order to arrival caused me to lose interest in ordering one. Fortunately, Dana called me about two months ago to alert me that they had a new one being delivered within a few months. Compared to the lead-time if I ordered the car, getting one this quickly was very fortunate timing. My only concern was the interior space and whether I could sit in the car comfortably. Dana arranged a meeting with another I.G. Button dealership that had both a coupe and a convertible on the floor for my "sit test." That test being passed, I was now waiting for delivery at the Lewes location. The car arrived several weeks early and I purchased it December 30. Dana and Penny in Financing made the buying process quick and seamless, and, I'm one happy owner of a new red C8 convertible Stingray. I will recommend I.G. Burton to my friends and family.
