Service department was not able to identify the problem with my car but worked with GM to finally figure it out. It took over a week with multiple parts needed to be ordered and installed. It was inconvenient, but the Service Department staff were as responsive as they could be given the circumstances. Also, they provided a loaner car to help with the situation.

The only thing I would say is that next time I drop it off for service I would ask to make sure it was finished before 4:30/5:00 pm. Dropping off at 8:30 am for a routine service shouldn���t take the entire day.
