Appreciate the quick response for my emergency repairs and the concern of the service writers with the messages of repairs required. The only problem was, apperently when the tech completed repairs and when moving my truck to the customer pickup area, he left some very dirty/greasy prints on the interior door closing handle, but it did clean up very easily so no worries.
