I had spoken with the scheduling agent and parts department re: new tires. Both agreed on price match guarantee for the TireRack price. Upon checking out, the invoice did not represent the lower price. I had to go back to parts as well as the original scheduling agent to have the invoice corrected. It was my impression that IG Burton’s policy was to protest the price match guarantee first, then finally agree to it. It should not be the responsibility of the customer to have an incorrect invoice corrected.
