I was able to get my Traverse in for service the day after I called. They usually find the issues and repair them timely. There is a major factor that is extremely positive for me and that is the fact they drop me off and pick me up when my vehicle is being repaired. I do not live close to the dealership and that is so convenient for me. Because of that (and the quality of their workmanship), I am their customer even though there is another Chevy dealership closer to my home. I would like to see them offer discounts and more specials. I am a Veteran, Senior Citizen and AAA member. In the past 2 months I have spent over $3,000 on repairs but they do not offer discounts as other businesses in the area. Thank you.
