Mat was accommodating and the appointment was convenient. I asked about their current protocols and he told me what they were doing. I was comfortable with the information and also observed that they were doing what he told me. He advised me of brake replacement that will be necessary at the next 1 or 2 visits. When I picked up the vehicle I had an issue with the backup camera and he came out to the car and it worked for him so I no longer had an issue. I also asked his input on the new Chevy Traverses and he gave me reliable information and recommendation. He put it in such a way that I felt he gave me information (positive) as if it would apply if he was in the market. I would still like to see IG Burton offer more discounts! I am a Senior Citizen, Veteran and AAA member and I would like to see discounts offered to one or more of those groups.
