I'm always given clear information about my vehicle. The folks in the service dept are polite, professional and prompt. This 2017 Lacrosse has more "tech stuff" than our 2011 Lacrosse had. The screen around the speedometer wasn't left like I had it and it took me a couple of days to straighten it out. I'll have to look before I drive away. Abd, that's no biggie except my Tech skills are limited.
