The service itself was great but the shifter assembly had to be ordered (this was on 9/17/18 )and I was to be called when it came in so I could get the part replaced.I was never notified that it had come in . The week of 10/8/18 I called and asked about the part and was told that they had the part and I then made an appt. to have it repaired. How long did they have it in and why wasn’t I called when it came in ?
