Although I was pleased with service there before, this time I wasn’t so happy I was quoted a price to get 4 new tires on my car and agreed to set price The arrangement was made prior to January 31 but they couldn’t fit me in till February 5 I dropped the car off and was called a couple hours later that my car was finished. When I got there to pick my car, the man at desk insisted that my charge was $100 more than what I was quoted. He explained that the sale promotion had ended on January 31 even though I couldn’t get my car serviced till February 5 It took an unnecessary argument to persuade the lower price The man said that $100 should not be a problem among friends I reminded him that I was a customer not his friend. This incident really makes me think twice before returning to your establishment Sincerely, Chantal Meyers
