I went here for service, to check on items on my new truck covered under warranty. I met 2 service managers, both were excellent. 3 of 4 of my concerns were resolved. The team did not find the problem with the. 4th concern, but told me to bring my truck back as soon as I hear the noises that concerned me in the 1st place. So Ig Burton Lewes Service team is very professional and care about the customer. Great experience, great staff, I feel appreciated and treated like a customer should as all businesses should treat their customers. Very satisfied.
