Car wouldn't start and needed a battery for my Tahoe. They squeezed me in and the Tahoe was ready in a couple of hours. Very much appreciated.

The end result was very good. Getting to the end result was a bit frustrating. My car broke down on Sunday and was towed to the dealership. I called on Monday morning only to learn how busy the dealership was and they would get to my car when their schedule permits. I reached out on Wednesday afternoon and was told they would try to get to my car on Thursday. On Thursday the dealership called and said the car was repaired and ready to be picked up. From Monday morning until the call on Thursday I did not know when I would get my car back.

I had a coolant leak on my 2013 Sonic hatchback. The cooling fan assembly needed replacing and the 30 AMP fuse. Coolant was pushed out the coolant tank and coolant tank was found to be cracked due to heat I believe. I am grateful to the mechanic Dave for this repair which was so involved. And to the service advisor Shane who explained the issues. Bryan Reynolds the service manager runs a great service business in Lewes, Delaware. I am a secretary at a DelDOT maintenance building and I speak highly to my supervisor regarding the LEWES, Delaware location of I.G. Burton.
