Wade was great, he’s the only reason I scored higher, but you have got to do better with your service department. It shouldn’t take an entire day to evaluate a car leaving me stuck at home because trying to wait isn’t even an option without reserving a time days or weeks in advance. If you keep a car, let us drive a car especially when we buy a brand new car that breaks down within a few months of purchase. Every place I’ve ever lived I can show up if my light is on and get it evaluated that same week and wait a few hours for an answer and it’s fixed that same day or the next. Hire more people to work on your cars. If that means paying more then pay it. Lewes is no longer a small town so we shouldn’t expect small town wait times.
