Guy was excellent but the rest of your people were very slow to respond. It took so long to process the trade and purchase of the new car. Plus someone took the floor mats that were to be supplied with our car. We saw them in the back when taking the test drive. Guy has also taken care of the missing floor mats. Like I said Guy was great and he was the reason we didn't leave during the long process.
