I was on time. So were they..greeted promptly, service took maybe an hour. All good. The only complaint I have is that the smell of the tires stacked in the waiting room was overwhelming:( not really enjoyable to be around that smell.

NOT a good 1st time experience! no loaner vehicle was offer or provided for an all-day install.... No explanation and /or demo on operation, use and care was provided after installation. No one person seemed to know enough about the install and /or the vehicle to answer my questions. On a side note: This is a brand new 2024 Vehicle purchased from Lewes, DE dealership, about a month ago, to install an assertory part at the same Lewes service location. One would think I.G Burton might go out of their way to make it a pleasant experience!!

Bill the service rep was very accommodating and when I opted to wait instead of returning to pickup my car. He told me that there was a cancelation and I could expect to have my car finished while I wait. I was out in less than an hour.

I had my vehicle serviced in early november, oil change, flush transmission, transfer case etc…immediately after, check engine light came on, and a bad vibration developed. Reported both, took truck back in, engine light was reset but no time to check vibration…check engine came back on again, took truck back in on nov 14th and it sat there until december 15th when they finally finished work on oil pump. Vibration still not addressed, which i know is related to the tranny flush, gm service bulletin on this but they ignored it. Was without truck for over a month and still not right and i will not drive it any real distance, will not be back to Lewes location if i can avoid it, completely unacceptable, no offer of comparable loaner and no updates unless i made contact to see what was going on. Used to trust them, not any more
