I didn’t have an appointment or service done on 4/1/24. I had been waiting and waiting for a back order part to come in and never heard back from the parts department. I took my car to Heritage Chevrolet of Owings Mills and had the work done. I called them and they got the special order part within 24 hours and called me and got me in the next day.
