I have working with the dealership to find the cause of my 2014 Corvette's Infotainment screen going into a scramble mode and then blank. It was initially diagnosised as to replace the screen unit, but this part was backorder for over 6 months. I waitted untilI heard thatnthe part was available and scheduled my appointment. Additional information was researched and found some bulletins were issued, one was for a computer update which cost about $200 verses $1200 for the replacement screen. So far the computer update has my screen working fine. Thanks for the best resolution to my issue.

Service was outstanding and I was updated as where my truck was in the process so I had a view of when I was going to get my truck back from service.
