Confirmed Service Customer
Good morning I G Burton( Lewes). You state that your goal is to provide me with the best possible and quality that I can reply upon. Well that statement came true for me on September 7th. About 2 weeks prior to that date , my 2016 Buick LaCrosse was at the dealership for 6 months regular maintenance. Everything resulted in very good service. On Sunday, September 5th as I was leaving Church, a light symbol appeared on the menu of items on dash board. As I drove home , it continued to stay on. It made me nervous for I did not understand exactly what warning symbol was telling me. I did not drive the vehicle the rest of the day. Now , the next day was Labor Day and the dealership was closed. First thing on September 7th, I drove the vehicle to the dealership. Now , here comes proof of your mission statement coming to life and working. I did not have an appointment , but the dealership accepted me with courtesy and friendliness, and listen to my problem and said they would look at the problem and get it solved. And 2 hours later , the problem was solved and explained to me . My worry and concern were gone. I was back in tip top shape. My advisor was Mr. Matthew Stanton. . He is a definite asset to the dealership. He is courteous , friendly and helpful. He took the time to listen about my problem, my concern. Mr. Stanton is very professional. I am a very satisfied customer and one that did not have an appointment. I give the highest rating to the maintenance advisors At the Lewes ( I G Burton). I am a Happy Camper. ( Ed).
