Shane Mitchell is my service advisor and always treats me like a king. In addition to the routine service yesterday, I described a nagging front end drivetrain noise issue. Not severe but I could detect something. Technician Joe road tested and then inspected vehicle on the lift and spotted cupping on inside of left front tire which was generating the noise and he performed the full alignment to correct the root cause problem. Great outcome on a "while you wait" appointment.
