Shane Mitchell was my service advisor on this visit. Shane made sure my concerns were reviewed and resolved; the mechanic did a great job. My car always feels great after being serviced at LEWES. I had had two previous service visits [ 2020 and 2023... I believe ] at the Milford, Delaware location. History on those two visits -- the first visit I wanted 4 spark plugs replaced; my mileage was approximately 82K.... only one spark plug was replaced, but I was charged for four. When I reached 110K miles, an odor of something burning occurred... and a small amount of smoke. The second Milford visit resulted in being told only one spark plug was replaced... needless to say, I was extremely disappointed and concerned. Eli Schrock is a great service manager at the Milford location, but I am quite reluctant to visit the Milford location again. The service advisor on my first visit at Milford was Paul, a transplant from former Townsend Chevrolet in Dover, Delaware. I never felt comfortable with him at Townsend Chevrolet. All the service advisors at the LEWES, Delaware location are knowledgeable, thorough and polite. They all work hard. I would like to purchase an electric vehicle or hybrid vehicle in four years. I will purchase it from the LEWES dealership. The mechanics are top-shelf at LEWES.
