Matt Stanton, service representative is an asset to your service department. I usually wait for my vehicle, so he gives me updates. He lets me know if something needs to be addressed while the mechanic has the vehicle in the shop. Matt is a very honest person and cares about clients.

Information center/radio died after 3 yrs. They replaced it and billed me for a new radio ($1,275 radio and labor) I called Sirius radio and they told me the radio was from a 2020 Traverse while my car was a 2021. They gave me a used radio with out informing me and billed me for a new. They did give me $300 off after I inquired. Should have been more but I just wanted to be done with this unpleasant experience.

I brough the car in for an oil change. I like Burtins because I drop the car off and they take me home=when the car is done they pick me up and take me to the dealer. Very convenient for me.

Dale and the crew went the extra mile to insure my satisfaction. Not only did they squeeze me in, but they had my tire in stock and ready to go. Im was in and out in 75 mins on an emergency basis.

Wade was great, he’s the only reason I scored higher, but you have got to do better with your service department. It shouldn’t take an entire day to evaluate a car leaving me stuck at home because trying to wait isn’t even an option without reserving a time days or weeks in advance. If you keep a car, let us drive a car especially when we buy a brand new car that breaks down within a few months of purchase. Every place I’ve ever lived I can show up if my light is on and get it evaluated that same week and wait a few hours for an answer and it’s fixed that same day or the next. Hire more people to work on your cars. If that means paying more then pay it. Lewes is no longer a small town so we shouldn’t expect small town wait times.
