Matt, Tome and the entire service department did an excellent job. We were notified of delays and the reason behind the delay. However, I am more than disappointed with GM. The problem with our air conditioning system was due to a defective part. The car has 36,000 miles on it. It it a 2017 model purchased in 7/2018. So basically, GM sold us a car, made with a defective part, and now we are responsible for paying $2100.00 for repairs. That is POOR workmanship! Would I recommend or purchase another GM product, NO WAY! I will also be advising friends, family, etc to avoid wasting money on a GM vehicle. I would love to see this complaint resolved, to our satisfaction.
