I received a email message informing me about my appointment, the date and the time, I was told by the tech, Matt he would call me when the part was in and schedule the appointment. I am not complaining I apricate getting the work completed but would have liked to have know the appointment date and time a little sooner since it was scheduled at 7:45 am on a day I had to cancel an appointment I had already set up. I don't check my emails that often. I requested to be contacted by text or cell phone. The work is complete seems to be working fine so I am a satisfied customer. Just would have preferred better communication with the scheduling. Thank you A. Grimes
