Matt did a great job in explaining the problem with a leaking tire and the need to repair it. He made special arrangements to obtain a replacement in a timely manner. When paying Josh discovered that I could redeem points from My Buick which saved a lot of money. The whole team worked well in difficult circumstances because a hard rainstorm the night before the appointment caused flooding but they carried on and made me feel comfortable nonetheless.

Good Morning to I.G. Burton Lewis Auto mall. My experience on Tuesday, July 9th was excellent. I based that answer on your Advisors staff and the service reps, that work on the vehicle. They are an outstanding group, who are very knowledgeable.and get the work done. I am always greeted in a friendly manner at the dealership. They listen to what the problem is (?). And for me have completed the work in a timely fashion. The Service advisor that usually helps me , is Mr. Matt Stanton. I am a lucky person. Mr. Stanton is an expert with vehicle problems. As , I wait for my vehicle to be serviced, it is very comfortable area to wait.there is coffee, water and Tv. Mr Stanton will provide me with up - dated information or they have found a problem along the way. As, I have said before , the work is completed in a timely fashion. I would like to commend Mr. Bryan Reynolds. Always greets you in a friendly, courteous manner. Always very helpful , if you need him. I am very pleased with the way that the Service department treats you. And gets the work done to your satisfaction . They always give 100%. I. G. Burton Lewis Automall , simply the BEST.

Easy process, but wait time is too long considering an appointment is made ahead of time. It was only an oil change and tire rotation, I don���t think it should take over an hour.
