I called Mr.Brian the service manager and explained to him the problem with my truck, he setup the appointment for me to drop the truck off. Shane, the advisor that I was assigned to took my keys and told me not to worry, he would take care of everything. Offered me a ride home if needed and said to me, I will call you when it’s ready. I was properly informed and I happily picked it up and I was happily satisfied. Thanks guys, I appreciate you all.
