Wade is an excellent service consultant. He was patient and informative with me and my many questions and requests. He thoroughly explained the service I requested and then reviewed recommended service’s after my car was inspected. Dave, the service technician, was amazing! I asked to speak to him after my car was completed. He came right up and reviewed everything with me again. He performed the frame inspection that I requested and he found it to be sound and that piece of mind is priceless. In addition, he explained what will be due on the next service and that it will need to be an overnight drop off. There are never any surprises or shocking bills when I go to IG Burton in Lewes. I have a Chevy dealer much closer to me that I went to once after moving to Delaware. I will NEVER take my car there again. Burton is well worth the extra miles and time. My Corvette is 21 years old and in tip top shape. It’s that way because I only let the best work on it! Dave is by far, the best! Wade is also the best! This was my second service with Burton. I’m a Burton customer for life now.

I worked with Shane and as always he was professional and courteous. The appointment started right on time. i asked them to check the left tires which they did as well as oil change,tire rotation and changed a filter. It was all done in record time and I was back in my car within 45 minutes. Awesome!

I received a email message informing me about my appointment, the date and the time, I was told by the tech, Matt he would call me when the part was in and schedule the appointment. I am not complaining I apricate getting the work completed but would have liked to have know the appointment date and time a little sooner since it was scheduled at 7:45 am on a day I had to cancel an appointment I had already set up. I don't check my emails that often. I requested to be contacted by text or cell phone. The work is complete seems to be working fine so I am a satisfied customer. They generally did a good job , but I had a key issue and they couldn't fix it as I was told the machine that reprograms the key fob was broken . I was told I had to get it fixed in Milford but had to make n appointment to get it done . This is really unacceptable and causes me to get it done when milford's entity can do it . WHY wasn't the equipment fixed? this is a total inconvenience . My vehicle is the w2nd GMC vehicle I have leased. I enjoy the SUV but i am very disappointed in the service at this time . Ralph Serio

Wade Orth denied that we made an appointment with him to install a special ordered part and that he had talked with me. (He had called me to advise that the part was in and EasyCare would cover the repair.). Bill Landis was great in confirming the part was there, was being covered by EasyCare, and accepted our car for repair. The repair was done by noon. Wade was great on the original visit but not this visit. Bottom line, repair was completed promptly.
