I had an Appointment at 10:20am to install 2 Tires that I bought at the Dealership, didn’t get a Text telling me it was ready to be Picked up till mid Afternoon that’s not Acceptable. Ruined my whole day waiting for a pretty simple job to be Completed.

I've always used IG Burton to service my last 2 vehicles and have never had an issue until this last time. I took my vehicle in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I used their shuttle service to come home while things were being done, I was told that they (IG Burton Service Dept) would call me when the car was done later that day. I never received that call. As I am a caregiver, my days are usually busy. At approximately 5:45 PM I call the service department to request information regarding my car, the service department was closed. Now I have no vehicle to use in case of emergency. I was very annoyed to say the least. When I retrieved my car the next day, I asked why this happened and was told that their automated system messed up. They need a better system, or their current system needs fine tuning. I'm fortunate that I did not need my vehicle during this incident.

IG Burton Staff are a great group of people. Courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. This is in reference to the Service Dept as well as the Sales staff. I had a great conversation with Dana as my car was being serviced. He is the Salesman who handled the order/purchase/ delivery on the two new Equinox's that my wife and I bought January last year.
